Shipping Policy

At Kvistol, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement and there are no hidden fees.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time on a business day are usually processed the same day. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery takes 2 to 6 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Some refrigerant products are regulated and may not be available in every state. We cannot ship to PO boxes, because pressurized cylinders require a physical delivery address and a carrier authorized to handle them.

Hazardous Materials

Refrigerant is a pressurized, regulated product. Cylinders are packaged and shipped by ground in accordance with applicable carrier and federal shipping rules. Some products may be shipped by ground only.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@kvistol.shop with your order number and clear photographs. If a cylinder is leaking or visibly damaged, do not use it. Move away from it, ventilate the area, and contact us.
