Eligibility to Purchase Refrigerant

Refrigerant is a regulated product. Our refrigerant products are intended for sale to EPA Section 608-certified technicians and other buyers legally permitted to purchase them. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy and handle the product. We may ask for proof of certification or other verification before shipping, and we may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot verify.

Safe Handling and Use

Refrigerants are pressurized and some are flammable. You are responsible for using, storing, transporting, and disposing of products in compliance with the product label, the safety data sheet, and all applicable laws and regulations. Products must be handled only by qualified persons.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order, for example because of stock errors, pricing mistakes, payment problems, or the inability to verify eligibility. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
