At Kvistol, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After the 30-day window, returns are no longer accepted unless required by applicable law or the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

Refrigerant is a pressurized, regulated product. To protect the safety of our customers and the purity of our products, an item must:

Be unopened, with the valve seal, cap, and tamper protection intact.
Be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.
Include all original parts and accessories, such as caps and protective covers.
Be approved by our customer support team before being returned.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items returned without prior authorization.
Cylinders that have been opened, connected to equipment, partially used, or whose seal has been broken, unless the product was faulty on arrival. Returned refrigerant cannot be verified for purity or contamination and cannot be resold.
Products damaged by the customer or altered after delivery.
Products returned without their original packaging.
Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

Orders cancelled because we could not verify that the buyer is legally permitted to purchase the refrigerant are refunded in full.

How to Request a Return

Contact us before sending your item back. Email support@kvistol.shop and include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team responds within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, with return instructions.

Please do not ship a cylinder back until we have sent you instructions, because pressurized cylinders must be sent with a carrier that is authorized to handle them.

Return Shipping

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, short of its labeled weight, or is the wrong product, we will arrange and pay for return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the cylinder, its label, and the packaging.

Change of mind. You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product. Return shipping costs for these returns are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you the result. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us at support@kvistol.shop.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return period, subject to availability. Contact customer support before returning your product.
