Where do you ship to? We ship to addresses in the United States. Some refrigerants are regulated and may not be available in every state. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Who can buy refrigerant from Kvistol? Our refrigerant is sold to EPA 608-certified technicians and other buyers legally permitted to purchase it. We may ask for proof of certification before shipping, and we fully refund any order we cannot verify.

How is refrigerant shipped? Cylinders are packaged and shipped by ground with a carrier authorized to handle pressurized products, following applicable shipping rules.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address? Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and we are not responsible for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect address.
