Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on every order. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or additional shipping charges. Shipping is free. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

After dispatch, our approved ground carrier typically delivers within 2–6 business days.

Estimated total delivery time, including processing, is 3–7 business days.

What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed and paid before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, are typically processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Which delivery service do you use?

Refrigerant cylinders are shipped by an approved ground carrier in line with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements. Every shipment includes tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment at any time using our Order Tracking page.

If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kvistol.shop.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

No. Refrigerant cylinders are regulated cargo and must be delivered to a physical street address.

What happens if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

kvistol is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Refrigerant & Purchasing

Do I need a certification to buy refrigerant?

In most cases, yes. U.S. rules restrict the purchase of most refrigerants to technicians certified under EPA Section 608 (or firms employing them). We may ask for your certification details before your order ships. If we are unable to verify your eligibility, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Which refrigerant does my system use?

Check the equipment nameplate or service manual, where the refrigerant type is printed. As general guidance, R-410A and R-32 are common in residential and light commercial A/C, R-134a is common in automotive A/C, and R-404A is common in commercial refrigeration. Never mix refrigerants.

Do you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?

Yes, on request. Email support@kvistol.shop  with the product name.
